{Johnny Snap started out as a local journalist in Laughlin Nevada as he checked out the various attraction and events taking place in Laughlin Nevada. He compiled this information in his blog "The Snap Report". He tended to get an ego on him thanks to the many people who used his site to find things to do when visiting the city. When Johnny heard a rumor of a new wrestling fed was opening he went out to scope things out. His initiative to find out more information about the fed, in combination to his blog was enough as he was offered the job as an interviewer. Johnny accepted the position if only to make himself feel even more important than what he was.}

{Jade tends to be a little timid as she prefers to focus on her work. However, she has knowledge of the sport and uses this to help her duties. She can get a little flustered when overwhelmed or stressed out. She also roots for fair play and despises underhanded tactics.}

{Jade Thompson is actually an engineer and mechanic as that has always been her primary passion. However, that didn't stop her from joining Extreme Wrestling Entertainment as a masked wrestler under the wing of one Mr. E. who was forming a team of his own. The team didn't amount for it's intended purpose and after an injury, Mr. E dropped Jade. After her recovery, she returned to wrestling for a brief time before talking with management to make her apart of the staff instead, which they obliged. When EWE went under, Jade worked for a few other independent feds as well as various side engineering jobs. Eventually, she was hired at ERA for a similar purpose but when their original Play-by-play commentator didn't show up for work on the first day of recording, ERA Management searched for a last-minute replacement amongst the staff. With Jade's previous wrestling history she was chosen for the job. Jade would have prefered to stay off the camera but she accepted the job nonetheless.}

{Macey has some southern in her. She also tends to side with management and heels as she 'spins' it in a way to make it sound like it's a good idea. She also is pretty vocal about her opinions. Her philosophy is 'let them fight' as she enjoys a good brawl, even if the brawl is one-sided.}

{Macey Umbridge wrestled in high school and later moved on to the independent circuit. However, after an incident resulting in an injury, she was told that she would never wrestle again. What that incident was, no one knows as she doesn't like to talk about it. So now she uses her in-ring knowledge and aggressive personality as a commentator. She continued this in a few of the indies she was in and was eventually picked up by ERA to be their Color Commentator.}

{Buzz Chipper got his start as on a college podcast with a few friends of his. Since then he went on to gain various jobs announcing various events, typically sporting events. In between those times, he worked full time at a local bowling league for their podcast. When he heard about ERA, he put in his application and after an interview, he was chosen for the spot.}
