Unification Tag Team Tournament Information and Signups

Tag Team tournament open to others outside of the fed. If you're not in the fed, please c/p the template provided here, fill it out, and post it here.

RP Window: August 24th with Deadline being August 30/31 Midnight (Central time)

Results date: September 1st.  Additional days may be added pending on turnout. (this will be set by August 24th) This Date is also when the Special Event will take place IC wise.  If more days are required, those other days will also be added to the IC days and will be posted during those days as well.

RPs: Posting 2 RPs per Team. RP scores will be added together to determine where they place in the tournament.

Rounds: The number of participants will determine the number of rounds.  On August 24th the number in the tournament will be locked.   if Bracket's won't go down evenly (32-16-8-4-2-1 etc), Then a 'wild card' round will be done.  Note that this does not affect the number of RPs that are required for the tournament.  You also will not know the tournament bracket until Results.  This is to ensure that your RP will get you as far as you placed in the tournament and not be eliminated early due to the bracket layout.

Winner: The winning Tag Team will become the Inaugural ERA Tag Team Champions.  If the winners aren't part of the fed (or join right after) they may choose to either wait until the next Special Event (PPV) to defend the title.  If I do not hear from the winners within 24 hours after the final results are posted, I'll assume they are choosing the final option which is vacating the titles, then putting 'runners up' in a match on the first Unity show for the Championship.  In addition to the Titles, the winner will also receive a Cash Prize (In character).

“I Want It All (Remix)” hits the loudspeaker as all eyes go to the ramp. Golden Pyro rains around the stage as smoke is blown in from both sides of the entrance. Just as the techno beat kicks in, the rain of Pyro stops and we are greeted to the imposing sight of “The Blast” Jack Michaels and “The Distorted Angel” Amber Ryan standing side by side on the ramp.

The fans cheer as the iconic duo look out towards the ring. Both are dressed in matching black attire with Jack in a black sequined robe highlighted in gold and Amber with a black leather jacket highlighted in red. On the back of both is the Carnage Wrestling logo with “Team Carnage” above it. There is a feeling of confidence and purpose as they soak in the fans appreciation of them both.

The two make the walk to the ring with Amber breaking away and sliding under the ropes and Jack taking the steps into the squared circle. They remove their outer wear as Amber jumps up and takes a seat on the corner turnbuckle as Jack throws a few shadow boxing punches. He finishes with a muscular pose to the audience which gets a pop from the crowd and a smirk from Amber on the ropes. She jumps down as the two turn to focus on their opponents next.

Tag Finisher(s): 1) The Generation Gap - Jack picks up the opponent in a Flapjack as Amber catches them coming down with a Superkick to the jaw.

2) Total Carnage - Jack lifts an opponent into a Vertical Suplex position as Amber scales the top rope. She comes off with a Dropkick to the opponent as Jack lets go and lets them crash to the mat.
